Mortgage Checklist

 

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Your Social Security or TIN number and Date of Birth
  • Two most recent paystubs and most recent W-2/1099  -OR-
  • If self employed, your complete tax returns for the past two years
  • Complete bank statements for the past two months
  • Most recent monthly or quarterly investment account statement
  • Most recent monthly or quarterly retirement account statement
  • A list of any existing debts including the name of the creditor, current balance and minimum monthly payment 

If you currently own Real Estate:

  • Your current mortgage account information- creditor, balance, monthly payment
  • Your current home equity account information (if applicable)
  • Evidence of your current home insurance policy information
  • The amount of your annual real estate property taxes
